The Detective is the police officer who calls Rick Myers in to the Police Station to question him about the death of three of his colleagues (Cameron Phillips, Dr. Carl Baker and Dr. Leslie Piper). He also confiscated Blade and claimed that it was a robot Rick programmed to kill people. He is later payed by Dr. Jennings to let Rick out on bail.
