Sarah was a young woman who went with her group of friends to go and stay in the Bodega Bay Inn house after it had long been abandoned. After they heard a scream of their friend Barry and two of their friends Nick and Rachel went missing, they decided to split up and search the hotel, Corey took Sarah to search the building. They both found the burnt remains of a homeless person in one of the rooms and then Corey lead her into another room and introduced her to Andre Toulon's puppets that he had previously befriended, he then slit her throat with a knife.
