History

Retro Puppet Master

Dr. Death was to be used for a famous puppet show about six damned mortals who are trapped in Hell. Duval, a French puppeteer did the voice for him on stage. When the Egyptian sorcerer Afzel passed the secret of life onto Toulon, he was pursued by three of Sutekh's Mummy Servants who wanted to steal it back from him. They killed all of Toulon's friends and he avenged them by putting their souls into the puppets and bringing them to life. Dr. Death had the spirit of Duval, who was a student of medicine so the puppet has knowledge of healing wounds. It also is smart and knows how to pick locks with it's scalpel, the scalpel also comes in handy when it fights the mummies.

Doktor Death

A former WW2 medic named Maximilian Cuda died of a heart attack, that was a combination of PTSD from the war and the Dr. Death puppet while staying at the Shady Oaks Senior Living nursing home. The new staff member April Duval finds the puppet while clearing out his old belongings. It is stated that Max received the puppet when serving in Berlin, though it is unknown how he obtained it. After being discovered, Dr. Death embarks on a killing rampage across the nursing home. He starts off by pulling out wires from a woman named Dorothy's breathing machine. He then hides inside of her body bag and ambushes Warren, the coroner. He slices his ankle open, before using an autopsy saw to gauge his eyes out.

Dr. Death then uses a newly discovered ability to climb inside the corpse of Dorothy and control her body by pulling on various tendons inside her. He then uses her body to kill Flynn with a garden tool, who was a male nurse at the nursing home who wanted steal Dr. Death to sell for money, as he valued it as an antique. He then killed another resident by the name of Rufus by slicing him up in bed with a scalpel and then slitting the throat of a female nurse named Jennifer. He then uses a golf club to beat to death another sleeping resident by the name of Sydney Fine and then shoved art supplies into the face of Gladys, who was a resident psychic who was in the middle of predicting Dr. Death's appearance, by painting a portrait of him. Dr. Death then would go into the nursing home director Dr. Lantmen's office and flay off his face, to make him look like a tall version of the puppet itself and then climb inside its body and while in that body proceed to strangle the head nursing staff member Carmen.

Dr. Death would then go after his final victim, the male nurse Ryan by attempting to strangle him, but was stopped when April used a defibrillator on him. Ryan then checked to see if the skull faced Lantmen was still breathing and was killed by Dr. Death stabbing through the corpse with a scalpel, right into Ryan's forehead. April was then the last person on Dr. Death's murder list, but she revealed she is Duval's great-great granddaughter and that she is aware of who the puppet is and that she has been searching for him. Dr. Death then laughs and spares her life as April promises to help him reunite with the other puppets.
