Overland Shipping is a storage depot that Dr. Magrew sends his daughter Jane on an errand to pick up a mermaid puppet from Tommy Berke. When Jane arrives she finds that there never was any delivery and that her father only sent her there so that he could murder and experiment on her boyfriend Robert "Tank" Winsley.
